It enables the pressing of various colors using multiple plungers within a single ring, eliminates the need for a vacuum during pressing, and allows for quick cooling steps. It’s capable of firing both high and low fusion dental ceramics, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction. The AUSTROMAT 654 is the only furnace that possesses all of these properties, made possible by its unique closed thermal insulation system, a feature uncommon in pressing furnaces (dental ovens). This innovation is further enhanced by an improved upward-pressing mechanism specially designed for furnaces of this kind, ensuring precision and accuracy.
The operation, user interface, and controls are identical to the AUSTROMAT 624/644, offering familiarity and ease of use. You can operate the furnace through its large, high-resolution touch screen, or if preferred, you have the option to control it remotely through a network connection.
